Problem: How can we position Strand as authentically New York.

Idea: The Strand, a crowded New York bookstore with worn-out walls, damp paper odor, creaky floors, and rusty shelves, was brought to life in TV commercial ads featuring two elderly neighbors gossiping about their "visitors".
